27 Minutes Workouts To Help You Reach Your Goals!

After years training people of all ages and all fitness levels, I have come to believe that ANYONE can reach their fitness goals, if they can instill the belief and be given a roadmap to their fitness success. Our studio features Power Plates, a certified medical device that contracts your muscles anywhere from 30 to 50 times a second. This allows you to do double the work in half the amount of time!  Our Small Group Training classes are 27- minute workouts in different styles — from Strength, Cardio, Yoga/Pilates, and Boot Camp. Taught in the most beautiful setting with dynamic lighting and music, it’s an experience you have to try! The workouts are fun and challenging that can be adapted to any fitness level.
