Prestige Fitness Small Group Training classes are 27-minute workouts in different styles — from Strength, Cardio, Yoga/Pilates, and Boot Camp. Taught in the most beautiful setting with dynamic lighting and music, it’s an experience you have to try! The workouts are fun and challenging that can be adapted to any fitness level.
The Power Plate is a medical grade device that utilizes harmonic vibration. That means these plates are always moving three directions at once: left to right, front to back, up and down. The vibration activates your muscle reflexes, and during our workout classes, muscles are contracting 30 to 40 times per second. This allows you to do double the work in half the amount of time.

A cardio HIIT workout to incinerate fat and train the heart in 30 minutes. Dumbbells are incorporated into some workouts.
This is a 30-minute, full body strength training workout that helps improve one’s strength with the use of dumbbells or kettlebells for resistance.
A boot-camp style, 45 minute class, utilizing suspension trainers, and dumbbells or kettlebells.
It is an intense blend of strength, cardio and functional training for the fitness junkies that want a challenging workout.
A recovery based 30-minute Power Plate workout that incorporates yoga, massage, Pilates, and traditional stretching.
This 30 min Power Plate workout is designed to help improve your balance and core strength by working all the little muscles that help keep you stable. Some classes will feature use of TRX, weights and bands.
This workout combines elements of the standard Pilates, dance, ballet and barre workouts with additional emphasis on the core (whole-body exercises targeting the muscles which play the greatest role in body change)!! Get ready to sweat!
I signed up with Prestige a couple of months ago. I liked that they focused on fitness for women my age (though others workout there as well). I also liked their holistic approach to fitness. In addition to training, they offer such extras as nutritional counseling, posture assessments, and metabolic testing. The facility itself is attractive, modern, and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. My trainer, Matt, is great. In short, I am very happy with Prestige, the quality of my workouts, and the way I feel. Great experience!

Power plate classes are built with a training purpose in mind. If you are taking higher intensity classes such as "X" 2-3x a week then its important to supplement with recovery based classes in between. Our suggestion is to try to get to class at least 3x per week regardless of the format; always allowing for rest days between intense exercise sessions.
As with most exercise programs you will start to see results in 6-8 weeks. With Power Plate you may notice quicker results due to the training power of vibration technology.
