Poor posture is one of the most underrated aspects of fitness, but it can result in chronic pain, tension and restricted movement. Utilizing the Egoscue Method, this posture class is designed to help you feel less pain with gentle movements. Our postural alignment specialists will work with you to improve your posture, whether sitting, standing or sleeping, and educate you on why you are in pain. After your comprehensive posture assessment, your personal trainer will be notified of specific exercises for you, and you’ll be on your way to a fuller freer range of movement, and eliminating back, shoulder, and many other types of pain, even migraines!
