What people ask before they visit.
Do you offer personal training for adults over 50?
Yes. Prestige specializes in one-on-one personal training for adults 50+ who want strength, energy, and capability for everyday life—not a slow seniors class. See personal training for adults over 50.

What are your hours?
Members can access the club 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Coaching, assessments, and coached sessions are by appointment. Call (520) 334-0205 or request a consult.
Is there parking at the studio?
Yes—on-site parking at the club. Pull in, walk through the lobby, and you are on the training floor. More visit details on our midtown location page or contact page.
How do I get started?
Start with a free consult or the five-part Prestige Longevity Assessment. Call (520) 334-0205 or use the contact form—we will learn your goals, answer questions, and find a time. Asking online does not book an appointment by itself.
What is the Prestige Longevity Assessment?
It is a multi-part baseline that gives coaches a clear starting point before building your plan. Extra support (nutrition, posture, stretch, testing) is added only when it belongs in your program. Learn about the Longevity Assessment.
Do you offer group classes or drop-ins?
No. Prestige is one-on-one personal training—not drop-in or small-group classes. If you want to get started, request a consult or the Longevity Assessment.
Still have a question?
Talk to the team—no hard sell.
Call (520) 334-0205 or send a short note on the contact page. We will follow up during staffed hours. Online requests do not lock in an appointment by themselves.
