This page is for you if…

You want more life in your years—not a slower version of yourself.

Travel without dreading the stairs

Airports, hikes, long days on your feet. Training that shows up when the trip gets real.

Keep up with kids & grandkids

Play on the floor, carry the cooler, say yes to the adventure instead of sitting it out.

Sports & hobbies still on the list

Golf, pickleball, cycling, lifting for fun—coaching that supports what you actually love doing.

Done with “just walk more” advice

You want a plan with teeth: strength, balance, conditioning—progress you can feel in a month.

Real members. Real coaches.

This is what training looks like here.

Why Prestige hits different

One-on-one coaching. Full gym. Zero cattle call.

A lot of “50+ fitness” is group classes at one speed. Prestige is individualized personal training—college-educated coaches, posture and nutrition under the same roof when you need them, and 24/7 access on N 1st Avenue.

Coached like an athlete (your age, your goals)

Form, progression, and accountability. We meet you where you are, then turn up the dial as you earn it.

Posture & recovery on deck

Tight hips, cranky back, desk-job posture—Egoscue and recovery options live here when training alone isn’t enough.

Fuel that matches the work

Nutrition and metabolism support can plug into your plan so you’re not guessing at dinner while crushing sessions.

Open when your calendar is

5 a.m. warrior or 8 p.m. finisher—the club runs 24 hours, seven days a week.

How it starts

Week one feels like clarity—not boot camp chaos.

  1. Honest conversation. What you want more of (energy, strength, confidence) and what’s been in the way.
  2. Smart baseline. How you move today—so the program fits you, not a template printed in 1998.
  3. A plan you’ll actually understand. What the next 30 days look like, in plain English.
  4. Optional deeper testing. Body scan, metabolism, or longevity assessment when you want harder numbers.

Real floor. Real coaching.

This is what training over 50 looks like here.

Not a soft circuit in the corner. Coached strength work on a full floor—with trainers who actually watch your reps.

Real talk

Questions people actually ask.

Am I 'too late' to start strength training?

Nope. Plenty of Prestige clients start in their 50s, 60s, and beyond—or come back after years away. We build from how you move today, then stack wins you can feel outside the gym.

Is this a slow seniors class?

Not even close. This is one-on-one personal training in a full gym. Your coach programs for you—strength, conditioning, balance—not a one-speed group circuit.

What if I have old injuries or I'm coming out of physical therapy?

We start with what your body can do well and progress from there. When it helps, we can coordinate with your outside care team with your okay. Diagnosis and medical treatment stay with your physician.

Do I need to already be in shape?

Zero prerequisite. First visits are about goals, how training should change your week, and a baseline that keeps you progressing without beating you up.

SilverSneakers or Medicare fitness benefits?

Depends on your plan. Ask us before you commit and we'll help you sort what applies.
