See the whole person
Goals and data matter. So do fear, history, preferences and the life surrounding the plan.
Locally built since 2009
Prestige was built in Tucson around individualized personal training, qualified professionals and the belief that lasting change requires more than a generic workout.
Our point of view
Work, stress, injuries, confidence, food, sleep and family do not disappear when a program begins. Prestige brings those realities into the plan rather than treating them as excuses.
That is why the team extends beyond personal trainers and why progress is measured over time. The aim is not to make someone dependent on a facility. It is to help them build a stronger, more capable life.
Co-founder perspective
Ronald “Ron” Yousefnejad and Joe Genova co-founded Prestige in Tucson in 2009. Ron's physiology background helped shape an original idea: personal training should connect a person's goals, history, measurements and real life—not reduce them to a generic routine.
That principle still shapes Prestige Edge: begin with a clear baseline, coordinate the right support and reassess so the plan can evolve with the person.

Clients should not have to translate disconnected advice between professionals.
Progress evidence is used to improve the next decision, not simply decorate a report.
