Physician-directed lab order
The treating physician orders the comprehensive laboratory panel included in the Premier Wellness Assessment.

60-minute physician review
A board-certified physician reviews your history and biomarker results with you during a 60-minute phone call.
Written Premier Wellness Assessment
You receive a personalized written assessment that connects the big picture, key findings, priorities and recommended next steps.
The package covers the physician-directed panel and its standard lab fees. If your physician recommends additional testing, imaging, medication or continuing care, the practice will explain those options separately.

The independent medical practice reviews the required information and provides the order for the included PWA panel.
- 02Complete the included lab work
You follow the medical practice's instructions for the laboratory draw. The standard fees for the specified PWA tests are included.
- 03Review with the physician
During the included 60-minute phone call, the treating physician explains the biomarker results in the context of your history and goals.
- 04Receive the written PWA
Your assessment summarizes the big picture, highest-leverage findings, priorities and physician-recommended next steps.
- 05Coordinate only what is relevant
With your written authorization, appropriate fitness and nutrition recommendations can be considered by your Prestige team.

Is this the same as the complimentary Prestige Longevity Assessment?
No. The Prestige Longevity Assessment is a complimentary, nonmedical fitness and lifestyle baseline completed at Prestige. The Premier Wellness Assessment is a separate paid medical service delivered through an independent medical practice.
Is the laboratory work included?
Yes. The physician-directed order and standard laboratory fees for the tests included in the PWA panel are part of the package. Repeat testing, additional or specialty testing, imaging, medication and ongoing medical care are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Does the assessment automatically include medication?
No. Medication is not automatically included. Your treating physician determines whether lifestyle changes, further evaluation, supplementation, medication or ongoing medical care are appropriate for you.
Who interprets my labs?
The independent medical practice orders and interprets the laboratory work. Your Prestige team can then help with appropriate fitness and nutrition recommendations when you authorize coordination.
What is the current price?
The team will confirm the current package price, included laboratory panel and payment steps in writing before you begin the medical intake.
