About Garrett
I got into fitness because I enjoyed the process of being challenged day after day and wanted to make a positive change in my life. I now share that passion with others who want to make sustainable lifestyle changes. Fitness is meaningful work that can have a lasting impact on a client’s life. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Arizona. My NASM credentials include an NCCA-accredited Personal Trainer certification and CPR/AED certification. In the community, I take part in intramural sports such as basketball, soccer, and pickleball. I also enjoy University of Arizona basketball and football games, hiking, and spending time outdoors. While attending the University of Arizona, I was an intramural pickleball champion.
