Why I Got Into Fitness
I grew up in an athletic household where exercise was always encouraged. At about age 7, I joined a dance academy and continued into my early teens. In high school, I was introduced to weightlifting and discovered a new passion for it. Watching my brother break records in the gym encouraged me to give my best effort to an activity I love, and that journey eventually led me to teach others.
Education
For three years, I studied Early Childhood Education and taught in several schools. I fell in love with teaching, but health concerns arose and I decided to leave the school setting. I then brought that teaching experience into the health and fitness industry.

The only thing I love more than exercising is coffee!
