I’m really enjoying my training sessions with Jesse. He’s very good at explaining not only the “what” and the “how” of each exercise, but also the “why” which I appreciate. He listens to my feedback, but also pushes me to give my best effort. Thank you!

How I Got Into Fitness

I originally began studying engineering, but I discovered my passion for fitness through cheerleading. I first joined cheer to become stronger for pole vaulting, and through that experience, I became fascinated by how the body adapts to training. I realized I could apply the same problem-solving mindset from engineering to help people improve their fitness, performance, and overall health.

Community Involvement

Before coming to Tucson, I worked as a snowboard instructor in Flagstaff, helping local students stay active and enjoy the outdoors during the winter season. I value building connections within the Tucson community.

Fun Fact

I am actually a distant relative of Elvis Presley.
