How I Got Into Fitness

Fitness has been a major part of my life for decades. My background in the U.S. Air Force taught me discipline, consistency, and the importance of being physically prepared, while rock climbing, strength training, and boxing taught me to appreciate what the human body is capable of. Over time, fitness evolved from something I did into something I wanted to help other people experience. I became a Certified Personal Trainer because I wanted to turn that passion and experience into a career helping people become stronger, more capable, and more confident.

Community Involvement

I enjoy helping people become more confident in what they’re capable of through fitness, movement, and a supportive training environment. Throughout my military career, I had the opportunity to mentor and develop others, and I bring that same mindset into the fitness community. I also lead guided climbing experiences on Mount Lemmon, helping people develop their climbing skills while experiencing the outdoors and challenging themselves in a safe, supportive environment.

Fun Fact

I’m currently working toward my private pilot’s license—and I’ve already solo flown an airplane. There’s something pretty incredible about taking off and realizing you’re the only person in the aircraft responsible for getting it back on the ground. When I’m not training, climbing, or flying, I’m usually looking for the next challenge.
