How I Got Into Fitness
Fitness and athletics have been central to my life since childhood. I began competing in sports at a young age and built discipline through consistent practice and private training. I competed in high-school basketball, football, and baseball, then played collegiate baseball for five years—three at Pima Community College, where I earned an Associate of Science, and two at Ottawa University Arizona, where I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science. During that time, I shifted my focus to sport-specific strength and conditioning. I have also played professional independent baseball with the Tucson Saguaros, continuing to pursue excellence in the sport I love while working toward my own fitness goals.

Community Involvement
I have volunteered at St. Mary’s Food Bank, placed American flags in remembrance of fallen service members on Memorial Day, and read books to elementary-school students.
Fun Fact
I grew up in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where local high schools did not offer baseball, so I competed through American Legion Post 6. Brandon Nimmo also came through Post 6 before the New York Mets selected him 13th overall in the 2011 MLB Draft.
